Bottled Water (Ozonated) process:
Raw water---water treatment(softening)---sand filtration---carbon filtration---post carbon purification---Protection of R.O.unit---reverse osmosis---ion exchange---after deionization---UV---OZONE---Ozonated DI water---filling line
1. In post carbon purification process, SIIC filter bag and filter cartridges in 5 micron are recommended, the purpose is removal of carbon fines.
2. In protection of R.O. unit process, SIIC liquid filter bag and liquid filter cartridges in 3 micron are recommended, the purpose is particulate removal.
3. In the after deionization process, will use filter bag or ultra filter elements in 0.45 micron, the purpose is resin trap filter.
4. In the ozonated DI filter process, 0.2micron filter elements are recommended, the purpose is protection of fill line.
