Function of filter bag in dust collector
The filter bag is the heart of the bag filter during its operation. Usually, the cylindrical pulse jet filter bag is suspended vertically in the duster, and the dusty gas enters the dust collector from the inlet. Through the guide plate of the ash hopper, some large particles of dust in the gas are separated from the action of inertia force and fall directly into the ash hopper. When the dust gas enters the filter bag filter area of the box, most of the dust is arrested on the outer surface of the filter bag, and the clean gas enters the filter bag through the filter material. The gas after the purification passes through the filter bag into the upper box and then is discharged by the outlet.
